Swedish/Relaxation Massage $65 (1hr session)  This wonderful massage promotes relaxation from head to toe.

Deep Tissue Massage $75 (1hr session)  This massage technique focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.  It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on the contracted areas.

Prenatal Massage $75 (1hr session)  You must be in your 2nd or 3rd tri-mester.  This amazing massage is taylored to your needs as your body accomodates the demands of being pregnant.

Pre/Post Sports Massage $75 (1hr session)  Pre-match:  Before the sport you need a quick treatment that will be in adjunct to your warm-up, to increase your circulation and flexibility, and leave your muscles resilient and ready to go.     Post-match: After a hard session you need a massage that will increase your circulation to speed the removal of fatigue toxins, relieve your muscle spasms and prevent soreness.

Hot Stones Massage $80 (1hr session) $105 (1.5hr session)  This deeply relaxing massage uses multiple smooth volcanic stones that are heated to help aid in tight muscle release.  This massage is so wonderful I can almost guarantee you'll fall asleep!!

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy $80 (1hr session)  "This is the deepest most luxurious massage on the planet!"  Although the roots of AOBT came from the Far East, this American adaptation is truly a western phenomenon.  This barefoot massage technique uses deep compression flowing strokes that glide over the body.  It combines flowing centrifugal and centripetal push, pull, pumping movements which can create a structural change in chronic soft tissue damage.  Bars are used above the therapist's head for balance.

Ear Candling $30 (1hr session)  For thousands of years this modality has been used as a way of naturally cleansing the inside of the ears and head.  This is a non-intrusive procedure that may help alleviate the painful effects of chronic headaches, ear infections, sinus conditions,  or allergies, as well as minor hearing loss due to excessive earwax build up.
